Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, fashion wear items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, torn, stained, or altered in any way.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged apparel.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at checkout.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
