Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
For hygiene and quality reasons, fashion wear items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, torn, stained, or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, washed, or damaged apparel.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
